1. Parties & Scope
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile

and other services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Trevonix OÜ, an Estonian
company
(the “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By using or accessing the Service, you (“you”, “User”) agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and have capacity
to enter into a binding agreement.
You must follow all applicable local laws and regulations when using the Service.
3. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
You represent and warrant that any information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (username, password) confidential and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or other reasons.
4. Intellectual Property & Content
All content, software, logos, trademarks, designs, and materials on the Service (collectively, “Our Content”) are owned or licensed by Trevonix OÜ, unless otherwise noted.
You may use Our Content only for your personal, non-commercial use, unless we grant you a license.
If you post or upload content (comments, images, etc.) to the Service (“User Content”), you retain ownership of that content (to the extent permitted by law), but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, distribute, etc., your User Content in connection with the Service.
You represent that your User Content does not violate third-party rights (e.g. copyright, trademark, privacy).
5. Disclaimers / No Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trevonix OÜ (and our affiliates, employees, agents, etc.) are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, or lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
Our total liability arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months, or a minimal statutory amount, whichever is lower.
7. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trevonix OÜ and its officers, directors, employees, agents, etc., from and against all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your User Content; (d) your violation of third-party rights.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access (including your account) at any time, with or without cause or notice.
Post termination, sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability) will survive.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia (excluding conflict-of-law rules). Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the courts of Estonia.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we do, we will post the changes to the Service and update the “Effective Date.” By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
11. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement: these Terms (plus any supplementary terms) are the entire agreement between you and us.
Severability: if a court finds any provision invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
Waiver: our failure to enforce any right isn’t a waiver of that right.
Assignment: we may assign our rights or obligations; you may not without our consent.
Notices: we may send notices by email or posting on the Service.
